Updated review - was once 4 stars for fast and friendly service - Now, I agree with the other reviews - 1 star for incredibly slow service - food was left at the counter and a long line out the door with one staff member at the counter on a public holiday. Phone orders don't change anything, they just serve you lukewarm food due to the crazy long lines - Go to Johnnys Burgers instead - great food, great service and no ridiculous lines. This isn't the only time this has happened - it's just consistently slow. Put on more staff - it's not worth the wait.
